    Here's a mystery though. . . I love cashews, but do not love cashew butter. What up with that?
    The taste seems drastically difference when they are crushed up!?

    Cashews are a disaster for me. If I am handed a bag, no matter how large, I literally have to exert every ounce of willpower I have left in me to not eat the entire thing. The single greatest cashews I ever ate were these huge, fresh roasted ones at an open-air market in Tel Aviv. Soooo good.
