Power naps work great just dont get over a time and what i like to do is if im taking a 15min nap i set a alarm for 10min then hit snooze for the 5min so when i get up i feel like i slep for a extra 5min. Sounds stupid but tricking your body in thinking you got away with an extra 5min helps me.

500mg of Niacin. You turn pink the first couple of times you use it if you're not use to Vitamin B3 but it helps me going. I only have 1 job but I work from 5am to 6-7pm every day 6 days a week. No sugar or caffeine effects and it helps me focus better. (since you're also standing a lot you might want to take a small dose of the joint care supplements. It will help your joints feel better after long hard days of standing)

If you really want to see a difference, then you should really change your lifestyle. I'm 6' and used to weigh about 300 lbs a year ago. I now weigh about 230 lbs and am trying get to 200 eventually. I ate drank and was an ex-smoker. I changed my entire lifestyle and now I have a ton of energy. I work three partime jobs now and rarely feel overworked. My point is; there is no magic quick fix that will solve your problem. Good Luck finding your solution.
