    Fosselman's Lychee ice cream is sooooo good. I'd totally try to recreate that one, too.

    We have a bush that is in our front yard that I swear is growing Lychee on it but we can't figure it out since isn't it supposed to be a tree?

    Garlic! No joke! Had some years ago at a garlic festival and was blown away. It was sweet raosted garlic, very subtle.
