Don't know why, but I forgot I had an ice cream attachment for my Kitchenaid mixer.
Tonight there's homemade Mint & Chip ice cream. Mmmm, there was a little left over after the container was full. Shucks darn.
But I want to branch out. I see Cinnamon in my near future. Maybe even (dare I say it...) lime sorbet.
What would you make?

I have a 6 quart White Mountain freezer. Make all kinds in the summer.

How on earth you people like mint flavored anything besides toothpaste boggles the mind!
Lately the candybar ice creams have been doing it for me.

Double cream blueberry. Had it at a restaurant on Vancouver Island several years ago (fresh blueberries) and have never seen it anywhere again. A friend told me Marie Callendar's has this pie

I'm not the biggest fan of ANY sweets, so ice cream is a rare treat that I have to be in the mood for. Every year around the end of November, Baskin Robbins starts stocking up on the peppermint. A scoop of peppermint and a scoop of mint chocolate chip is a winter must for me. Sooo good.
