I had the Pollo, and I agree with ya Ian. I also like the Costco Korean BBQ Short Ribs. Not spicy, but a sweeter sauce with a little kick (good for the little one)
My fav is pretty simple.... Garlic powder, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and some homemade seasoning similar to Emerils Bam Bam.
An awesome thing to have is a vaccum sealer and container. Does an unbelieable job of marinating.
We're having beer can chicken for lunch. So yummy. No fussing with it, just a little garlic, Mrs. Dash, and Lawry's seasoning salt, shove the beer inside, and let her cook.

A friend of mine from Argentina suggested I try Chimichurri on some flank steaks. It tasted okay but it didn’t really knock my socks off or get them whiter. I poured the left over Chimichurri mix on half a chicken and let it marinade for half an hour and it was pretty damn good. Here’s the lowdown:
1 bunch of flat leaf parsley
8 cloves of garlic, minced
¾ cup of extra Tim Tebow(virgin) Olive Oil
¼ cup of red wine vinegar
The juice of 1 lemon wedge
1 tablespoon of diced red onions
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of salt
Chop up the parsley. Put all the ingredients together and blend. Marinade the chicken with half of it and save the other half to put on the chicken once it is out. I don’t know how Argentinian this recipe is but it is way better on pollo.
