Ideas for Marinating Chicken
Okay all, since it is grilling season, I was wondering if anyone had any decent marinades for chicken to grill up. I already use the Italian dressing, and the Soy Vay Terriyaki Marinade. Any solid recipes would be appreciated

I got this small tip from a Chinese chef a while back on marinades including oil...
Here it is sort of paraphrased...but easy enough for even a Ducks fan to understand...
Add all marinade ingredients except for the oil and let soak for half the time the marinade calls for...then add the oil and let soak for another 15-30 minutes...

My favorite:
2/3 cup light rum (I prefer Capt. Morgan or Appleton Estate)
1/2 medium onion, peeled and minced
Juice of 2 limes
1 TB. vegetable oil
or
A mixture of orange juice, orange zest, olive oil, lime juice, ginger, garlic, hot pepper sauce and oregano. Blended into a marinade.
I recommend a 12-24 hour soak in the marinade before grilling.
