I was back in NJ last week and I gotta say that Blimpie is awfully similar to Jersey Mike's. Growing up, Blimpie was my favorite chain sandwich place. There used to be a few here in Vegas but they all closed and are now basically an east coast only chain. So, it's been a while since I've had one. Now, over the years Jersey Mike's has become my #1 chain sandwich shop but after having a sub from Blimpie's last week, I gotta put them at a very close #2. I never realized how similar their sandwiches are put together until I had one again. Either way, you can't go wrong with either. Subway on the other hand, well, you might as well eat out of a garbage can as a better alternative.
Jersey Mike's is good.
Philly's Best is also good.
I went to the Jersey Mike's in Ventura with 2 other people and we all agreed that those were the worst sandwhiches we've ever had. How the hell do you **** up on a sandwhich?
