    Default Korean BBQ Recmmendations?

Or Mongolian BBQ or whatever you want to call it. You know, the kind where you cook your own raw foods in the center of your table on a communal grill?

I used to love Genghis Khan (sp?) that used to be in South Pasadena. Can anyone recommend some place similar in the Pasadena/Glendale/Burbank area? Some place to go with about 8 people and just hang out talking and munching for a couple hours and come out stinking wonderfully?

Korea town is your best bet. I lost my Korean BBQ cherry at Manna.

I'm not sure if they still do this, but they spray champagne all over you if you mention that it's your birthday. I found out the hard way. :(

I 2nd Manna. All you can eat for like $16 a person. Not the best but it's cool. They give you these sides too. I love this pink kind of pickled radish or something. The rice paper tortilla thing is great to make little taco type things with the bbq.

Do I smell an LGK field trip ? We'd bankrupt them. HA HA HA !

I second the KOGI truck. It is not "authentic" KB, but is still damn good. Torrance on Friday nights, with the Get Shaved ICe truck right next to it. True Hawaiian style Shave Ice too
