One of the few good things to come from being with my ex who was a Canuck. My favorite Beer, My favorite Liquor, and the best fries.

Damn that was tasty...

Oh, and the mind-blowing sex was kickass too.

I have had that beer, but I have never had Crown Royal.

The closest thing that I have had is Black Velvet, which is okay, but it's relatively cheap and weak tasting whiskey.

I am not picky.

It pxxxes me off when canucks come into my restaurant where I have some of the finest scotch whiskies and try to exhault the benefits of why Ishould stock crown royal.

Does the Canadian Consulate in LA have a cafeteria?

I'm not in LA, but it will probably depend on the fries and the curds. The fries should be freshly cut (leave most of the skin-on) and the cheese should not melt into non-existance once the gravy is added.

Even out here (in Calgary), there are probably only 2-3 stores in the city that can get close to matching what you can get in Quebec. The fast food ones at McDonalds, BK, KFC, etc. are just their normal fries with a bit of cheese and their beef gravy.
