I can report that the beer can chicken was yummy.

If you've never made them you're missing out.

Today was spent recovering from yesterdays meal: colombian cheesy breads, chicken empanadas, grilled flank steaks, chicken, argentinian sausages, grilled veggies, potato salad, chimichurri, mushroom-philo pouches, arroz con leche and strawberry-lime cupcakes. All made from scratch. Oh and by the end of the night, 3 bottles of wine. Oh and some brie on crostinis with strawberries for a night cap. Yeah.

Well my partner and I had fish tacos from the Fish Grill place at Imperial and La Palma. Much better than Subway from the day before......Thank goodness they were open.....

So... we bought a club-size mislabeled package of tri-tip (it was labeled as hamburger so it cost around 1/3 the price) and cooked a whole load of meat on the Q yesterday. Lots of leftovers for tonight. LOL
