Stripburger, across the street from the wynn is pretty good. The burgers are tasty but what keeps me coming back are those sweet potato fries.

Also, my favorite thing to do in Vegas is to eat on the patio of the gran lux cafe in the venetian between the hours of 2 and 4 in the morning. The foods good but the best part is watching all of the sloppy drunk people come out of Tao and go to their rooms. Youll see everything from chick fights to passed out guys wheelchiared to their rooms by security. Best dinner n show IMHO.

Mon Ami Gabbi at the Paris is effing awesome. This where my wife and I go to eat every time we go to Vegas, and since my family lives in Vegas, we eat here alot. Amazing food with a spectacular view. You get to see the Belagio fountains go off while eating lunch and dinner if you're eating out on the patio. The Burger Bar at Mandalay Bay and Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace are pretty dope too.

Wicked Spoon Buffet @ The Cosmopolitan is really good.

China Poblano by Jose Andres @The Cosmopolitan is also fun.

We always make it a treat to stop by Capriotti's Sandwich Shop before we start our trek home from Vegas.

Concur with this one! Grand Luxe has the best slow cooked ribs I've ever had, and the pricing is good! They are owned by The Cheesecake Factory so you know you get huge portions. Never thought of going there at 2 in the morning, although playing blackjack at that same casino near the restaurant I have seen some pretty good stuff! There is also one in the Palazzo and one in Century City...

Craft Steak was also incredible but way out of my price range!

Gotta do the 25 cent wings at Dan Marino's at Hooters (same hooters wings without the waitresses and after midnight).

    Is it September 30th already?

I love the buffet at the Planet Hollywood. Good selection, all very tasty. Plus all you can eat crab legs; big and fresh. Yum.

    A few thoughts:
    1. Dan Marino's place is closed.
    2. While Planet Hollywood does have a good buffet, Cosmo's is considered the best in town quality wise. (Great cheap slices of pizza in Cosmo as well.)
    3. Grand Lux is fairly generic, hit or miss.
    4. For a chain, Capriotti's is pretty damn good.
    5. Last time I went to Hash House everyone in my party was sick within 30 minutes
    6. Metro Pizza and Grimaldi's have great pizza off strip.

Since I don't go to high-end places I can comment on those places. :(

Earl of Sandwich in Planet Hollywood. Especially around the holidays. The holiday Turkey Sandwich is so amazing that I can't eat just one. And they're open 24/7, so it's always an option.
