    That's, like, your opinion, man

Forgot another place, Ping Pang Pong, best Chinese food I've ever had at Gold Coast.

    Capriottis is money!

Elements is pretty good as well. It is off the strip and the food is really good. They also have over 300 martinis to chose from.

Someone already mentioned it, but Hash House a Go Go is awesome but come hungry. Huge portions.

When all else fails, use Yelp. Most of the reviews are spot on.

Of course it is . I've just had very average to mediocre food there before.

I love this place on Paradise Rd that's real kick back and has damn good sangria and tapas. The place is called Firely. FIREFLY* Tapas Kitchen & Bar -- Las Vegas, NV

The buffet at the Wynn is really good but really pricy, $39.99 for Dinner.

I wish I was more in on what's the best places to eat but I generally eat terribly, haha. I will say that the buffet at the M is my favorite in town though. It's pricier, maybe $30 - $35 a head? Still, the selection is not bad at all and the quality of the food seems a bit better than most Vegas buffets.

I always dig eating at the Burger Bar in between Mandalay Bay and Luxor

Earl of Sandwich has become a staple for me and the GF, too. Very nice for a meal if you don't want to stuff yourself or break the bank, ala lunch or late night. Didn't realize they were 24/7, thanks for the heads up! That info will come in handy!

Also +1'ing Grand Lux. I get what lag is saying that it is "generic", but disagree with the hit or miss part... I don't think I've ever seen/tasted any misses there.
