Super Bowl Chili - I make it every year for the annual Super Bowl Party:

*Chicken - BBQ it first (this is the key) and then shred - I actually marinate it in Terryaki
    *Kidney Beans
    *Chilli Beans
    *Pinto Beans w/Jalepeno
*Readi-cut Tomatoes (Italian or Mexican Style or Both)
    *Diced Onions
    *Diced Olives
    *Diced Serrano Pepper
    *Corn
    *White Beans
*Chili Powder (to taste - I like the Chipotle for a little extra flavor)
*Garlic, Salt, & Pepper to taste

Basically combine everything into a pot and add different style of beans and items until it looks right. Dump in the shredded chicken and simmer for a few hours and spice to liking......

Try about 6 habaneros...any less and it would be too mild for my taste...

    Cincinnati Chili man.

We bring pack packets of the mix from Ohio or we have my husbands family mail us some when we're out. Gold Star Chili or Blue Ash. Great stuff. Can't remember the name of the other place we eat at all the time. Love this stuff.

And you add whatever you want to make it s 2,3,4 or 5 way. Served over thin spaghetti noodles.

One packet of the mix, 1.5 pounds ground beef, tomato paste nad 4 cups of water. Let it simmer, use a potato masher to really get the meat in tiny pieces.

Good stuff. I can't find any packets of the mix, but if you want some, I can mail it to you for the cost of shipping.

ETA: Its Skyline Chili I was thinking off.

Did someone page me.. This is what I use but I add more heat to it and lots of beans. I use whatever meat I got in the freezer and I use everything they got in there but light on the salt cause when I cook my meat first I use garlic salt to give it added yum!
