Stuck at my desk today, so threw a "Lean Cuisine: Southwest Chicken Panini" in the micro. Ya know... this is not bad at all. Pretty darn passable in fact. The "revolutionary grilling tray" didn't, but a moment or two under the toaster oven broiler made a crispy crust.
Oh yeah... and some guiltless gourmet baked spicy black bean chips with tabasco. Salty as a freakin heart attack.
Healthy Choice Chicken Marinara Steamer with extra brocolli, a grapefruit and a big glass of water.
