I phoned ahead and took out my favorite grilled Chicken-sausage sandwich from a place up the street from my work. It's usually great, on a grilled roll with grain mustard and grilled red onions. When I got back and opened 'er up, the poor sausage crumbled apart and looked like it'd literally been to hell and back:

I called. They will comp my next meal. Ummmmm ya think? I like this place and go way back with the owner, but with him busy with other interests and frequently not there, they suffer from SERIOUS inconsistency.
