My new everyday lunch spot:
Z's on Soto and 28th has a great selection of Fresh Fish they bring in everyday and you can get the lunch combo (fish and your choice of two: Rice, Black Beans, Salad, Soup, French Fries) and its under 11 bucks.
The fish taco's there... amazing..

i just had a craving for cheese.
so i had a yellow corn quesidilla with cheddar cheese, leftover taco meat from a few nights ago's dinner and some diced tomatoes. i just had a tangerine an hour ago, too.
nothing interesting, but you asked.

Today was the lame dollar footlong. I swear, I hate Subway with a passion but I occassionally go there cause it's within the same parking lot as my office and everything else I have to drive to. So yeah, I only go out of convenience.

Chorizo & Egg Burrito. Mmmm .... only because I left my leftover pizza at home this morning. There is a pizza place in Costa Mesa called OC Pizza www.OCPizza.com that has decent pizza, but what is amazing is their Garlic Chips. Essentially a thin crust pizza with garlic olive oil, cheese and more garlic. You can add toppings to it. We go all the time on Monday nights as they have $5 medium 1 topping pizza's and $5 domestic pitchers.
