Boss is coming to town tomorrow we are meeting a couple of clients in Westwood. Where is a decent place for lunch. Don't want to break the bank but keep it under 40 a person.

There's a lot of places, aren't there?
All I know of is a Jerry's Famous Deli and around the corner from that, a Chili's.
Try either:
Palomino Euro Bistro - Los Angeles, CA, 90024 - Citysearch
or
Gardens on Glendon - Los Angeles, CA, 90024 - Citysearch
Your boss and clients will be more impressed with Gardens. If you want to keep it more casual try:
BJ's

BJs( the eatery) and any chain is out, looking for aunique LA experience. I was thinking Tommys, on Rampart or Pinks but to low brow for them
Junior's Deli
Take them to The Ivy in Santa Monica. Without alcohol, you are looking at $40-$60/per person.
And thats how you get ants!
