Default Mango Habanero Sauce / Jam

I was trying to make a wing sauce and I came up with this recipe. It's the simplest thing in the world but very good.

    Ingredients
    1 cup Mango Jam
    2 Habaneros, seeded & minced
    pinch Salt

Put everything in a small saucepan & turn the flame on to low. Stir with a wooden spoon until the jam melts. Keep warm.

That's it. 3 items & about 5-10 minutes from start to finish. Not only does it make a great wing sauce but if you put it back in the refrigerator, it returns to it's jelly state but with a bit of heat. So you can have it on toast or a bagel with peanut butter or cream cheese.

Sounds good. I do something similar but replace the habaneros with Sriracha

Very cool...will have to try that.
