I learned how to make meatballs by copying this recipe exactly, but using 1 lb of ground pork and 1 lb of ground beef (80/20) instead of veal. They come out just like grandma used to make and can even be smoked on the smoker or the bbq for more flavor.
If you want to make some killer meatballs for spaghetti or meatball sandwiches, give it a try.
