Everything I have ever had was pretty good for the price. If I had to choose one thing would be the carnitas I reckon. The Pennysaver has a buy one combo get one 1/2 price you should try and look for.Quote:

i think they're even better than sombrero's, which was my usual fix despite it being so far away. i like how albatros gives more meat than fries. i could never finish all those fries at sombrero's and i couldn't take them home because i don't like how fries don't keep very well. with albatros, however, i took the leftover carne asada, guac and cheese home and will probably make tacos out of them with some corn tortillas i have in my fridge.
husband got a bean and cheese burrito and a cheese enchilada. he liked them. he also couldn't finish his food. their portions are huge, which isn't bad, but it was a surprise. he'll probably finish the rest of that burrito for lunch at work tomorrow.

and if you ever head down to san diego sombrero is highly recommended, as is roberto's taco shop and oscar's! be sure to also check out lolitas in south county, and stay away from santanas. barely a step above taco bell.
