i'm not a huge fan of mustard, but i do mix the dijon (maille or grey poupon) into salad dressing (with lemon juice, sea salt, ground pepper and olive oil).

Maille
And one I don't remember the name of that has horseradish in it.
And I have like 3 different Horsey's in there too, one straight, one creamy, and one regular with garlic it in.....
at the draft party a couple of years ago, and under a considerable haze, i heard Birdman yell out the following (about 4 or 5 times, i think) - "don't marry yourselves to players!" he went on to reiterate that idea more than once on the boards, and i believe it to be absolutely sage.
