I'm hopelessly addicted to these of late:

Not cheap, but easily one of the most scrumptious things on the planet. Each slowly sucked square induces knee-buckling rapture---especially the highly coveted caramel-heavy orangy ones. Washed down with a loooooong sip of fine scotch or bourbon????? Euphoria X 1000. the hair on my arms tingling STRAIGHT up thinking about this...
Just put a couple of these bad boys on order from chocolate.com. Anywhere locally they can be bought?

I will try that, dark chocolate plus sea salt sounds yummy.

I am skeptical that it could be as good as Lindt's finest offering. Just sayin',...

There is a Powells located in Laguna Niguel that sells Vosges Bacon Bars. Damn good, but my makes sure that the life insurance is current before she allows me to eat them.

I'm bummin' ketel. Haven't found your bar yet, and it ain't for lack of tryin'. The search continues....

However.... as if sensing my need, a sweet retired German couple I met recently gave me a big box of chocolate covered cherries filled with Kirsch brought from their homeland. GOOD LORD they are STRONG and delicious! The best C.C.C. I've ever had. That'll hold me over til I track down yours.

I found it at a Rite Aid, of all places. For some reason this Rite Aid seems to have a lot of chocolates I never knew existed. I checked the local Ralph's last night and they didn't have it. Bastards.

Hmm. No Rite Aid here.... but gives me an idea to try easier. Amazing what's found where you wouldn't think to look.

Searching high and low, and still no Lindt with sea salt. So many other variations available, but just not this one. Yet. I'll keep looking.

In the meantime, I'm back to sucking on this:

Santander is definitely in a class below Valrhona, Amedei, Domori, etc., but is pretty good for such a cheap price. They make several different bars, but this orange one in particular tastes EXACTLY like Coco Puffs cereal. Takes me back to more care-free days with each square. Easy to find, too. At least out here.

Say whaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!! Is that really Colombian?? I must find this for cultural reasons. If it's anything like the hot chocolate my peeps make, I'm IN.
