    Default My fellow chocolatiers...

I'm too lazy to look up the old chocolate thread...

Have any of you had this?

Saw it, got curious, bought it, will try it after dinner. Thoughts?

Salty chocolate is more than a passing trend. It's a religion. Haven't tried yours ketel, but will look for it. Soon. Like, today.

I'm hopelessly addicted to these of late:

Not cheap, but easily one of the most scrumptious things on the planet. Each slowly sucked square induces knee-buckling rapture---especially the highly coveted caramel-heavy orangy ones. Washed down with a loooooong sip of fine scotch or bourbon????? Euphoria X 1000. the hair on my arms tingling STRAIGHT up thinking about this...
