There's a little Italian restaurant on the corner of 1st and Yorba in the 7-11 center, I believe it was Pinas or Pinos, I recommend you give that a shot. I went there a little over a year ago, and the food was fantastic. I'd go more often but I live in South OC and don't get to that part of the county very often.

I was at Rufinos in Anaheim yesterday, very good authentic italian food. Service is great too, i forgot my phone there and the cute little old lady "Georgina" helped me and was very courteous when i called back to see if it was there.
edit: i just saw that job mentioned Rufinos first, i lose!

So we tried Mangia Bene on Saturday.
Very interesting Parm. I don't know if this had anything to do with the fact that it wasn't on the menu, but they didn't pound the chicken thin. They pretty much breaded a whole chicken breast half.
It was very good. Oddly thick but very good. The sauce was off the hook, they used very good cheese but the encyclopedia-thick piece of chicken really held it back.
I am planning on going back and telling them to beat that chicken like a rented mule until it's credit card thin or at least DVD case thin.
