The place I was going to closed. :(

I am specifically looking for a place with an insanely good chicken parm.

    fire away!

Hip and AZ both recommend OLive Garden. I recommend The Old Fashioned Spaghetti Factory.

Salvatore's in Laguna Hills is good. They have a nice meal with soup, salad, entree and desert. My husband's family is pure Sicilian and they've eaten there for 20 years.

Roman Cucina on Newport by ConRev. Skip the chicken parm and order the sausage mozzarella instead.

Cosmo's Italian Kitchen - Home in Aliso Viejo and Los Flores
    or
    Mangia Bene in Laguna Niguel

    Both offer great Italian fare.

    this is my favorite place:

Dinner Menu at Mangia Mangia authentic Italian Restaurant in Huntington Beach, CA 92647

it's in HB. they don't have chicken parm that i know of & i'm not a fan of veal, but they have veal parm.

i usually get the linguine & clams and then tiramisu.

I can't go there. the name sounds way too much like Mangina

**** Cosmos. That place was awesome the first time I went there and got progressively worse each time I returned. Eventually it was worst than frozen Salisbury Steak

When you were last there? It's not the Maggiano's of old. The quality has taken a big hit. Their parm was never good in the first place.

Let's meet at the one in Brea for lunch sometime soon. Brea is pretty close to the middle.

I have been meaning to try that place. I'm not a big sausage guy. Have you tried the chicken parm?
