I'll post in this thread once I visit over there. Most likely would be on Friday.

Whadaya think I am??? Some kind of NYC n00b? Thats why I described where the "Ray's" was that I frequented. It was a Kiosk Ray's smack dab in front of the old ferry terminal.
I do belive the OG Rays is the one located on Prince St.(?) in Little Italy. I had the BEST and BIGGEST Stromboli (with extra gravy, of course) there circa 1989.
My favorite NYC resturaunt, proper, are the Palm(s).
My favorite grab and go was Karavas on 6th Ave. The best Souvlakis and Falafel's EVER!. I use to get schitfaced on one side of Karavas then eat like a starving Ethiopian on the other side.
That was our thing back then, get ***ked up and eat at different resturaunts. Ahhh, to be 18-22 again.
Hahaha, I know YOU know. I think I'm stressing it to show everyone else how ridiculous the Ray's Pizza situation is in NY. That ain't no chain, it's a bunch of individuals trying to claim the spotlight.
f you guys, man. i couldn't take it anymore and had to settle for a couple of slices at zpizza. Sigh.
At least zpizza is good and healthy, we go to the one in Upland every now and then.
Chicago style > NY style
Just sayin'.
I went to Grimaldi's today. Not bad. It's not necassarily the kind of pizza I'd regularily order as it's the kind where the cheese and sauce are kind of swirled around rather than layered. And I walked in expecting to order a few slices and then saw that they don't do slices, so I ordered a small pie. The dough/crust was very good though. I would go back.
Back to the original topic..
I had the "new" dominos a few days ago. Its definitely improved over what it used to be. If it was 11pm and I needed pizza, I would order dominos now before pizza hut. Its not the best pizza, but for delivery, it wasn't too bad.
