    Agree 1000000%. I got turned me on to the Niman Ranch bacon at Trader Joe's a few months ago. Beats the crap out of all the other bacon we've ever cycled through here at the house. No going back now. This stuff is great.

    Ha, i do like the booze, but i don't drink that much, or at least not nearly as much as say a year ago. Other than a glass of wine with dinner a few nights a week I maybe drink once or twice a week and thats pushing it.

    You guys enjoy your store bought bacon....we get pigs raised then slaughtered every year...ever since I had "real" pork, I never went back....

    Niman Ranch is a great source of swine for those not raising their own. Their pork chops are bomb too.

    I believe nitrates have been linked to miscarriages.
