Good lord, if I NEVER have anything my mom cooks again, I'll be happy...
Every freaking dish had at least some ground beef in it, except Fridays when it was chicken-of-the-sea with mayo on white bread.
The only difference between her spaghetti and her goulash was the noodles. Same ragu, same ground beef...
Fish sticks, tator tots and Kraft Mac'n cheese were our delicacies.
To this day I have never once, ever bought any ground beef.

Some of the other recipes are written in Finnish which screwed any of us if we wanted to make them. Unfortunately, the sauerkraut cake isn't one of those in Finnish.
