Thread: Oceanside area

I am doing a big triathlon March 31st, gonna be hanging out in Oceanside for a 4 days. What am I going to eat and drink (after the triathlon of course). Burgers, Mexican, Pizza, Sushi, Guinness Bars? Wanna hear your suggestions.

go to the stone brewery in escondido! or pizza port in carlsbad! (these are recommendations mostly for the beer). i honestly haven't eaten at either of these places, but i haven't heard anything bad about them. my in-laws live in carlsbad but i've never eaten in oceanside proper.

food i have had is sombrero mexican food. there's one in san marcos, which is also close by. i can only speak for the carne asada fries which are SO GOOD.

It is mandatory to get a California burrito from Albertacos when in north county.
