O I N K S T E R : a slow fast food restaurant

I've become addicted to it over the last few months. Great burgers, pastrami (made in house), roasted chicken, pulled pork, Belgium style fries, craft beers, bottle sodas made with imperial sugar, & real milkshakes & malts. Oh, and they even make their own sauces, house ketchup, chipotle ketchup, a couple mustards, garlic dipping sauce, b-b-q sauce, & 1000 island dressing. If you find yourself anywhere near Eagle Rock give it a try, it's well worth the wait.

The Oinksteraide is also delicious.

The Pastrami is good - but it's the carmelized onions that make the sandwich. Definitely not for the "Jewish Deli" purists.

Best bet is to go during happy hour. Beer, burgers + fries for very reasonable $$.
