ya, me watching that was all ian's fault. i'm originally from ventura county and after his comment, i just had to see it... and now you know why i don't live there anymore. lol.

Amateurs...

First you soak the bacon in brown sugar, honey, and maple syrup. Bake it on a cookie tray, and THEN, you dip it in chocolate. Its basically candied bacon dipped in chocolate.
