Pressure Cooker Anyone?
My buddy cooked some short ribs the other night using a pressure cooker and they turned out great. He browned them for a bit and then cooked the for only 20 mins and the meat was already off the bone and and the meat was super tender. Marge is now demanding that I go out and buy one and learn how to cook like my friend. So please share your experiences, recipes and techniques.
