Prime Rib Time!!!

Just picked up my Prime Rib for a whopping


$ 12.98 per pound at Beef Palace in Huntington Beach...

mmmmmmmmm

Any place named "Beef Palace" is alright by me.

Low and slow, low and slow...

Mmmmmm nothing beats leftover prime rib sandwiches on Christmas Day. In fact, I'll probably have several prime rib sandwiches this week. I think we have a 17 pound prime rib.

I'd rather have Filet Mignon...

WOW, I paid 7.99 for mine at Vons without the rib attached. Custom cut from the deli.

Bristol is charging almost 30 per pound.
