Private Dinner with Nobu Matsuhisa

One of the world’s most celebrated chefs to prepare and host exclusive Omakase dinner at Nobu West Hollywood

Who: Friends of Nobu, V.I.P.s, LGKers and restaurant regulars

What: Join the acclaimed and highly influential chef Nobu Matsuhisa at his West Hollywood location for a seven course Omakase and sake tasting. Nobu will prepare and present this original Omakase dinner, each course paired with a different Hokusetsu Sake. The menu will include courses such as Live Soft Shell Crab and Bamboo Shoot with Uni Yuzu dressing and Oven Roasted Wagyu Beef with Truffle Teriyaki.

Nobu will also be personally signing his best selling books; all four will be available for purchase at the dinner.

the most I ever spent on sushi, sake and beer in one night is a bit over $100. that was a few years ago.

what with the trying economic times now, $170 is not going to kick it for me.

unless, of course, someone would do me a bit of a favor...
