I bought some of the hawaiian sandwich buns & plain hamburger buns so they are bigger, but theres a kid and some light eaters. so if theres at least 1 per person i wont worry, hope i have some leftovers.

you'll be covered just fine. just think, that's over 1/2 lb of pork per person.

Hawaiian rolls are a little too sweet for my sandwich needs so I use Filipino rolls or pan de sal instead. Perfect pairing for pulled pork.

Definitely had more than enough. Turned out really good.

I had mine on a Hawaiian sandwich roll, but also had a couple sliders on the normal Hawaiian roles. Others had them on plain hamburger buns.

Mrs X is doing up some today in the crock pot. Browned it in a cast iron skillet, threw in some thyme and rosemary from the herb garden, put the whole lot into the crock pot with the Sweet Baby Rays. The house is starting to smell insane. I'm a kaiser roll fan when it come to pulled pork, but she has some hawiian rolls for those that want them.
