I'm sure that Hangar 24 has been discussed at some point in this huge thread. My wife and I have friends who lived literally down the street from Hangar. So I've been enjoying their stuff for years. I asked my buddy to pick me up two bottles of this beauty. Pugachev's Cobra. I haven't had this one yet. I've had last years version. And light beer drinkers need not apply. This is a glorious assault on your tastebuds. 15.8% of knock your dick in the dirt!

Jubelale is solid. I really like that one. Nice and malty without being too much makes it easy to drink a whole six pack. I had a bottle of Stone Enjoy by and a couple pours of the VE 12/12/12 last night. Both solid.
4 pm today we're heading down to one of the local wine places for a Winter Warmer beer event. On tap: Anchor Christmas Ale 2012, Port Brewing Santa's Little Helper,
Deschutes Brewing Jubelale - and I'm hoping they have some Victory at Sea left over from the last event. I've had 'em all and the Santa's Little Helper is genius this year. We have a place selling it for $4.99 a bottle here in SLO so we're buying it by the case. I hope they don't run out soon. Eureka Burger has it for $26 a bottle - idiotic. I love that they get good beer - I HATE that they completely overprice it.
Anyway, point being - I highly recommend the Port Brewing Santa's Little Helper. It's incredibly delicious.

So far all I have had is the green label. If I could find the red label, the bourbon barrel aged version, I'd buy everything I could. I can only imagine I'd love the bourbon barrel aged stuff even more as I'm a big Firestone Xn and Parabola fan (lucky living where I live). The version we had on draft this afternoon was the green label. But we complemented that with a nice Delirium Noel afterwards. Fun stuff man. Fun stuff.
