    This thread is so dead.

The Bruery was doing growler fills of Sour in the Rye with Pineapple & Coconut today. Such an amazing variant. Definitely prefer it to SITR w/ Peaches or Kumquats.

Picked up the Beer Camp collaboration case at Costo. Sierra Nevada collaborated with 12 breweries to make 12 different brews. So you get 2 of each in the case. So far it has been stellar.

Had the Sierra Nevada Double IPA last night. 8.5% and very drinkable. Good stuff!

I had the opportunity to have a half goblet full of Dogfish Head's World Wide Stout. it came with a whopping 18%. first sip produced a nicely balanced sweetness with slight hoppiness amid a caramel base. the taste did not indicate a high alcohol content but after finishing it, I got up to walk and my legs felt like jelly. DH was NOT ****ing around with that high a percentage.

    wish they bottle that stuff!

Beerman, they do bottle it. It's very pricey, though. The one time I saw it on the shelf it was about $20 for a 12 oz bottle, IIRC.

In other news, Noble Aleworks Naughty Sauce is friggin awesome. The nose of coffee and hazelnuts always gets me and the nitro creaminess makes it silky smooth. Drinking a Bear Republic Cafe Racer 15 right now. HUGE DIPA.

I have a few random questions for all of the people in this thread. How many bottles are you cellaring? What’s the oldest bottle? What are you waiting for?
I have around 10 decent to really good beers that I'm cellaring for... well I can't honestly tell you because I don't know. I have a few Sierra Nevada beers and a couple random Belgians, but the beer that I haven't the slightest idea what I'm waiting for is the 2014 Firestone Walker Parabola. I somehow managed to find two of these, and Beer Advocate says that the beer is fantastic. I had the 2013 and loved it.

So, what's the one beer you have in your cellaring space that you don't know when or why you'll open?
