chocolately and malty. hmmmm.
I BELIEVE I'll have another beer!
As cold as possible...
::shrug::
Speaking of "Cold as Possiblle", a word of advice about the New Belgium 2 degrees below... throw it in the freezer and let it get cold enough that it just begins to get little gel globs going and pour it into a frosted mug. No joke, that beer is ten times better when it's on the doorstep of freezing- the recommended serving temp. is like 3 degrees celsius or something.
It went from bust to one of my favorite winter seasonals just by freezing 'em down. For sh#ts and giggles, have one out of the fridge and then out of the freezer- brings out a nice crisp "spruce-y" taste with a little typical nutmeg, but not very much. Tell me how it goes![]()
Anyone tried Tiger Beer from Thailand ?
