Thread: Redeeming McFlurry coupons

So usually when I try redeeming a McFlurry coupon it's a big deal, I don't know if anyone else has that problem. Here's what happened last night...

I pull up to the window: "Welcome to McDonalds would you like to try a McCafe drink tonight. I say; "No I have a coupon for a free McFlurry". The response; I get a 5 second pause then; "Uhhhhh Huhhhhhhhh, yeah right there ain't no free McFlurry coupons, pull up to the window." So I pull up to the window hand them my coupon, all three workers are looking at the coupon, then the manger comes form the back studies the coupon, 5 minutes later I get my free McFlurry.

I thought you can't use coupons at the drive thru.

I usually have no trouble redeeming them at my local McDonalds. Maybe its because I buy Iced Coffee there so often that they recognize me. I just walk in and give it to them, no questions asked.

We've used it at the drive thru no problem before.

Really? That's weird. I've used 'em at about 4 different drive-thrus, never with so much as a second glance.

I had nothing but problems using mine at a drive-thru.

I ordered a burrito supreme, a chalupa, and a free McFlurry. The guy said they didn't have McFlurrys. I KNOW he was lying.

Pretty sure it was Adam Deadmarsh working at the window, too.

They moved him from the range to the window because he was eating half the orders.

Never had a problem with them. Used them at a couple here in OC.
