Claim Jumper once made you wish they'd offer you more for the prices they were charging... Now I wish that they could add something that might taste a little better than their menu...on top of them lowering those prices...

Little Caesars... As a kid I use to think it was ok pizza. Totally generic, but it was ok.

I worked at Little Caesars when I was in high school. I use to flip a lot of pies, and ate my fair share. They were pretty good, at least at the LC I worked out.

I had it recently, and oh man, has it gone down hill.

So Denny's was actually good at some point?

When was this, the 1920's?

Iroha Sushi on Ventura Blvd used to have some of the best sushi in town hands down. But they changed management several times over the years and expanded a bit to the patio outside. Last time the wife and I were there we realized the good days were gone. Still ok, but it will never be the epic place it once was for things like sweet shrimp and fresh Spanish Mackerel. We fall back on Bizen now and Nozawa when we have the scratch.

Fusion Sushi on PCH in Torrance.

Used to be one of the better sushi places in the area (of the places I've tried, at least). It's gotten progressively worse over the last few years.

Carl's has gone to crap also. It started when they got rid of the KILLER wavy cut mashed potato fries back in like 81-82 and went to the ****ty shoe strings like Mc suck. Their Bacon Western Cheeseburger's were the schmack back then also...

I remember Arby's being much better also. They used to actually slice the (real) roast beef and (real)cheddar in front of you when you ordered a Beef and Cheddar.

Yeah I miss the wavy cut fries from Carl's, that used to be our burger outlet of choice growing up. Was probably eating there once every week or two. Last time I had a bacon western cheeseburger there it wasn't very hot.
