Rock'n Fish at LA Live
There are a lot of pre-game options around Staples Center these days with the opening of LA Live. Last night I tried Rock'n Fish and it is wonderful. I went for the Jambolaya with sticky rice and came away more than satisfied. It is a mixed seafood dish with shrimp, fish, mushrooms and some andouille sausage that gives the slightly spicy Cajun cream sauce a nice smoky taste. The mushrooms aleo pick up the smoky taste and the fish is tasty too. It's topped off with a huge mound of rice or linguini and some tasty fresh baked sourdough. The dining was pleasant on the outside informal patio and the service was excellent.
There was PLENTY on the plate, in fact I couldn't finish it. Looking forward to trying the Cioppino next trip. :)
