    Default Rum Balls

Anyone have a good recipe? Preferably one that kicks a bit....maybe with 151? I have a pot-luck party to go to tomorrow and want to contribute something "special."

Any input would be greatly appreciated and might just inspire others here to follow suit.

I've never tried it but I doubt that rum balls with bacardi 151 would taste good at all. Perhaps some other type. Did you check out the Rummy thread?

    You might try Emeril's recipe:

The comments are generally that it is pretty strong with the rum flavor. One person said cutting the rum with some Baily's turned out good. I'd consider using a light rum and adding some Amaretto or Frangelico.
