Salmon with lemon, butter and capers sauce (Beurre blanc)
I had this at a cafe last week and had to try it myself. I made it at home today and it was EXCELLENT, easy and fast!
Just make salmon like you always do and pour this on top. This Beurre Blanc Sauce is the perfect blend to send the salmon into Gourmetville.
