That is a must Soup. I use mine all the time.
Dont have a bullet smoker but when using my bros texas smoker we have found that pecan is the best wood for smoking.
I love hickory, I hate mesquite, gotta try pecan.

weather you use water, sand, clay saucer, or go dry foil your water pan for easy cleanup
