Dont have a bullet smoker but when using my bros texas smoker we have found that pecan is the best wood for smoking.
What sets him apart is that he’s big, and he can skate, and he can protect the puck from anyone. If you’re trying to get it and he doesn’t want you to get, you’re not going to. -Justin Williams on Kopitar

Use the "minion method" to light your WSM, I've gone over 12 hours without adding fuel a few times using this method
weather you use water, sand, clay saucer, or go dry foil your water pan for easy cleanup
get a Maverick ET73(displays grill grate air temp and meat temp)

Other tips and mods can be found here, http://www.virtualweberbullet.com/tipsfaq.html

    Enjoy your new WSM!
