    Dont have a bullet smoker but when using my bros texas smoker we have found that pecan is the best wood for smoking.

    Use the "minion method" to light your WSM, I've gone over 12 hours without adding fuel a few times using this method
    weather you use water, sand, clay saucer, or go dry foil your water pan for easy cleanup
    get a Maverick ET73(displays grill grate air temp and meat temp)
