I like the chicken and rice soup from El Pollo Inka (frequently buy a large one to go to take with us for later), and the albondigas from Enrique's, a little hole in the wall here in Long Beach.

The gazpacho from Le Pain Quotidien is incredible. Have them throw in fresh avocado and a slice or two of their incredible baguette and I'm golden. The coconut chicken soup (Tom Kha Gai) from RockSugar is pretty damn smooth too.

Lisa (carrying gigantic punch bowl full of something red and speckled): Great news, everyone! You don't have to eat meat. I made enough gazpacho for all!
