I'm only half joking putting this in this thread. It really is cheap, horrible, salty, dehydrated, noodle soup. But I think I'd be dead by now if I didn't have a steady supply of these cups, in my pantry, at the ready, throughout my life. So while I wouldn't call it my favorite, I'd have to say it's the soup I've probably had the most in my life...

Tom Yum Goong and Tom Kha Gai. I have some good recipes but nothing online.

And despite my heritage I HATEHATEHATE Menudo. Fuzzy meat makes me puke.

It's not the best for you but I love it. When I don't feel like cooking, I'll pick up some Jalapeno Cheese bread from the bakery and it's a meal for the two of us.
