If I had one soup to pick it would be Pea Soup.

However there are a lot of great soups. I enjoy a good Tortilla and a good Gumbo. The thing I love about those are no two are ever a like.

The Chicken Cilantro Soup @ Martha's in Hermosa Beach may be my all time favorite soup though.

Italian Wedding Soup is a very close second for me. Mine.

Chicken Noodle Soup - Jerry's Deli (I am aware the food is terrible there, but the chicken noodle/matzo ball soup is fantastic.)
French Onion Soup - Le Petit Bistro or Hamburger Hamlet.
Seafood soup - Mario's Peruvian (I am not a big fan of seafood at all, but they have two great soups: Siete Mares and Parihuela.)

Baked Potato Soup - Tony Roma's
Miso - SanSai

My palettes easy to please

goddamnit, i just googled it and it made my mouth water. look at the thit kho dish right now. that is one of my favorites that fortunately, my mom taught me how to make. seeing that has reminded me to make it again. comfort food indeed!
