I am 6' and weighed 220, now down to 190. I'm to lazy to read books on dieting, or to count calories. I won't change what I eat. I'll have In N Out, and the next night 3/4 of a large pizza. I'll have the 9oz steak at Outback and eat 2 loaves of that brown bread. I won't eat breakfast, and I'll drink 80 ounces of water in the morning. The water fills you up until 1:00 PM or so. At that time I'll have 10 sticks of licorice and some Cheez- Its. In essence I eat one meal a day, and avoid sweets. If I need to lose weight fast I eat a kids portion. Kids gyro at Daphnes is more than enough. If I get hungry at night I eat 5 saltine crackers. Eat what I want, and lose weight.
I am currently on the noravirus diet. Projectile vomiting and constant diaheria (sp). I have dropped over 10Lbs in 2 days and have no desire to eat anything.
I cant recommend it if you get it there are some upsides
I would suggest portion control, and an evening jog...every day. Done.
