I have been drinking a juice for lunch everyday and my wife and I eat a more sensible dinner. I also stopped snacking at home and I have lost about 25 lbs in 5 months or so. Most of it before Thanksgiving and then I put some back on over the holidays. My juice is 2 green apples, celery, cucumber, kale and spinach. I have no self control but this seems to work for me, so I am happy. The drink is pretty tasty and I have it 5 days a week. Usually I would give that crap up after a week, but this is sticking. I know there are better things to juice but like I said it works for me. My clothes are all loose now and my clients that I have not seen since last year all notice.
