its a toss up, cholula for burritos & quasadillas, tapatio for everything else.

tapatio might get the edge though since i can use it for more than just mexican.

I voted for Cholula here, but if I ate seafood, I'm sure I would have gone with Tapatio.

I have tons of that in my fridge. My sister oversees the production and distribution of this. They actually were asked by Wahoo's Fish Taco to make them a new sauce for their restaurants.

Depends on what I'm eating as well....but I like the smoked chipotle tabasco....yum!

I like both, with the edge going to Tapatio by way of sentimental value.

But these two--along with the 8 or 10 others that hang around the kitchen regularly--have hardly moved in the time it's taken to go through 5 bottles of THIS stuff:

I'm ADDICTED. Friggin LOVE the flavor of this stuff. It's not too hot, so you can pour it on (everything) at will.

Tapatio is the way to go....but....try the hot sauce called

El Yucateco
